Before the 10 win=TA update I used to have a lot of fun in CA.(competitive arenas thats what it was called before that horrid update) People were often easily able to go for 25 wins+
Me i had fun just watchin that fish in the outpost

Nope, not new. My Oldest character is 11 months old (And deleted him once). So I've been playing ~1 year. 1100+ hours played
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
To all of yall that said "Think about before the skip to TA update" <- Duh I realize that. It was NOTHING to see daily posts of 50+ consec wins in the low lvl arenas or RA at that time... Still isn't anything much to see that in low lvl arenas.

You can see I'm a Monk in the picture >_> Not a Dmg Dealer either.

Not a Smiter Didnt even have any points in smiting... Just a monk..nothing too special.
So Our team had NO primary offensive characters...and we pwnt most teams in under 2 minutes.
The only offensive spells we had for the Offensive Spirits the Ritualist brought, and the Lightning spells of the BlindBot.
only team that lasted awhile was a team we went up against that had 2 Monks on it also, and it was a complete stalemate for like 10 minutes.
In the TA match we were Pwning too, it was at like over 4 minutes and again none of us had even come close to dying, but then the Rit said he had to quit to go GvG. Then me and the other monk decided to just give up this match because the only offensive we had left was a blindbot....We just let ourselves die and went on with life.

Ascalon arenas where always the best. Just grab a hammer, 1.5k armor, and an elite = omgwtfbbq.

By testing it myself, a good Ritualist is almost a win guarantee in RA. Having a good monk as well IS a 10 win streak. The ritualist cuts the damage down extremely efficient and unless someone brought specific counters towards ritualists there isn't much you can do to stop them from spamming their spirits left and right.
Displacement and Shadowsong take Rangers, Warriors and Assassins out of the game. Shelter points a huge middlefinger at Spikers of all kinds. Union cuts the damage even more down. If the enemy team fails to understand that a ritualist is even more important to take down than the monk, they will lose the match for sure. As it is now, MAAANYYY teams just ignore the ritualist completely and they probably will do so for a long time. After all, you STILL see Wa/Mos with Mending and Healing Hands around...
I got lots and lots of noob comments while i played my Ritualist. That strangely stopped after the second flawless win and went to "wtf" when the 10.th flawless win was cashed in.

QFT. It's a bit cheese that the ritualist summonings aren't spells...
Spirit-spamming rits are clearly very powerful, more so than a boonprot IMO, it's fortunate they're so mind-numbingly boring to play...

But still , you should not get elites untill you're ascended. Why not take the game up a level, and try finishing it with presearing armour? ( gives the survival title a new look )

TBH i still actually have my starter armor for that character...

At least untill the monk runs out of energy because the team takes WAY too much damage >_> I know from experience.

Although it was a LONG time ago (before Faction, but after the RA/TA switch), I got pretty far in the RAs...
No one gives Blood Magic the respect it deserves.
